CMC Certus Management Consultants Ltd was founded in 2010 in Larnaca – at a time when there were hardly any professional contact points for German-speaking entrepreneurs in Cyprus. What started as a one-man consultancy is now a firm with over 20 staff at two locations: Larnaca and Paphos.
We serve more than 800 clients – entrepreneurs, freelancers, investors and families from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our promise: everything from a single source, in your language, with Cypriot expertise.

Who is behind CMC?
CMC was founded in 2010 in Larnaca. Today the firm employs over 20 staff at its offices in Larnaca and Paphos – including tax advisers, auditors, accountants, lawyers and administrators.
How does the collaboration with CMC work?
After the free initial consultation, we prepare an individual proposal. Once engaged, CMC coordinates all steps – from company formation to residence registration to ongoing accounting. You always have a dedicated contact person and receive regular updates.
What languages does CMC offer?
German, English and Greek. Client communication is conducted in German, English and Greek.
Can I engage CMC without relocating?
Yes. Many clients first incorporate their Cyprus Limited and relocate later. CMC manages the company from day one.
Does CMC organise information events?
Yes. Regular client meetings, winery tours, information evenings and networking events. Dates via our newsletter or directly from your contact person.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. CMC works without minimum contract periods. You can cancel at any time. We are confident that the quality of our work speaks for itself.
